How To Apply
RETURNING
STUDENTS
DO NOT fill out the below application. Returning Students will receive a re-enrollment email/text with a link and instructions. Please contact us if you have questions.
NEW
STUDENTS
All New Students, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1
Stop by for a visit.
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to schedule an appointment to take a tour of our school or arrange a meeting with our staff. We are eager to meet you!
STEP 2
Fill out the forms.
Application: Tells us about the student and their family.
Authorization to release records: Allows us to request academic records from previous schools.
Three completed recommendation forms: Tells us about the character of the student (link to form)
STEP 3
Interview: Let’s get to know each other!
Once your application has be received and reviewed, we will contact you to set up an interview. This is our favorite part! We want all prospective students and their families to have time to sit down and tell us about themselves and their educational goals. Conversely, we want potential students and their families to learn about what SJA has to offer and what expectations our school has of its students.
Typically, the SJA interviewing team consists of the principal, teachers and a school board member. We find taking the time to make sure everyone’s questions are answered assures that SJA can meet the needs of the student and their family.
STEP 4
You’re accepted!
After the interview you will be notified within 3 business days if you are accepted. Once accepted you can begin the complete enrollment process (More forms… Yay!) Find all necessary forms for enrollment in the “Resources and Forms” section below.
